I will admit, I am not quite sure how to answer your question ... the reason I say that is because my sales/account team are held accountable for their results (or lack there of).
With that said, there are challenges, and some times I have to "let people go" (or simply not bring them onto a new project in the future), but for the most part everyone is one the same page. And I believe that is because of how I make communication a priority.
